Rick Green – Event Coordinator

Specializing in marketing, sponsorships, and budgeting, Rick Green brings a wealth of experience to this event. His background in the military, business, and community service equips him with the vision and leadership to foster continuous growth year after year. With a strong belief in TEAM—”Together Everyone Achieves More”—Rick ensures that each event surpasses expectations, delivering an experience that surprises and inspires all involved.

Brenda Walsh – Fun Committee

Brenda leads the “Fun Committee,” organizing exciting events such as the Little Britches Soap Box Chuckwagon Race, Cowboy Bean Cook-Off, Historic Carriage Ride, Little Britches Parade Float, and the Pancake Eating Championship. With a background in recreation, business acumen, community service, and a passion for putting people first, Brenda brings creativity and inclusivity to every aspect of the event. Her dedication ensures that there’s something for everyone, making this a truly memorable experience for all.

Kim Osborne – Digital & Social Media Marketing

Kim is a highly skilled and results-driven digital marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in crafting and executing innovative digital marketing strategies. With a passion for helping businesses grow in the ever-evolving digital landscape, Kim has honed expertise in various facets of digital marketing including content marketing, social media management, PPC advertising, email marketing, and analytics.

In addition to her technical expertise, Kim is a strong communicator and an advocate for collaboration. Whether working with internal teams or external clients, she strives to foster a positive, innovative environment where ideas can flourish.

Kim is passionate about community and relationships which brings her to her involvement in the High River Stampede Breakfast. She can’t wait to witness the collaboration of creativity and ideas come to life in this incredible community event!

Mark Gibbs – Live Music Entertainment

Mark is a seasoned musician with over four decades of professional experience as a guitarists, bassist, and vocalist. Throughout his extensive career, he has become a sought after music and entertainment specialist,  particularly renowned for his performance at corporate shows, fundraisers and special events.

At the High River Stampede Breakfast, Mark will oversee all live music, from the lead band to the buskers performing throughout the park.

Sarah Scott – MC

Sarah Scott is a Country Music Alberta (CMAB) award-winning and multi-nominated media personality and podcaster (CMAB “Industry Person of the Year,” 2020) from High River, Alberta. Having previously worked with Stingray Radio and Golden West Radio, Sarah offers over a decade of experience in radio, broadcasting and the music industry. Sarah also created, hosts and produces an inspiring music podcast called Studio B Podcast (est. 2019) and live shows called Studio B Podcast: Live Sessions (est. 2025).

Sarah has also been recognized for her radio, podcasting and industry contributions through the Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) (nomination for “Country Personality(ies) of the Year,” 2021) and YYC Music Awards (nomination for “Industry Person of the Year,” 2019). Sarah has had the honour of sitting on the Board of Directors for Country Music Alberta (2021-2023), participated in Canada’s Music Incubator (CMI) Artist Management program (’21) and earned a Bachelor of Communication Studies from University of Calgary (’13) and a Broadcast News Diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) (’11).

You may also recognize the name because Sarah has had the pleasure of MCing The Venue and Bandstand Sundays, as well as The Town of High River Canada Day Celebrations in George Lane Park.
